Polje, the Friulian wine

On the sunny side of a hill in Collio the agricultural holding Polje was born, whose name derives from the characteristic local karst sinkholes. This land, renowned for the production of Friulano, Ribolla and Sauvignon among others, gives life to our elegant and distinctive wines.

It's the perfect wine for giving intense emotions to the palate, perfect for any occasion.

Harvest: Beginning of September, from a vineyard with production maturity

Polje Collio DOC Ribolla

Ribolla gialla is a native grapevine of the Collio area that probably originates from the “Robola” grape from the Greek Island of Cephalonia.

Alcohol: 13%.

Harvest: harvested by hand on the last ten days of September.

Polje Collio DOC Sauvignon

It is an aromatic grape that, when turned into wine, can be distinguished for its “uncommon” yet typical aromas.

Alcohol: 14%.

Harvest: harvested by hand on the second ten days of September.

Polje Collio DOC Friulano

Knotty and gnarled grapevines express themselves in a balanced and graceful wine, whose typicality discloses to the palate in a soft almond aftertaste.

Polje Collio Rosso DOC

From a fifty years-old vineyard growing on “red” soil, Sutto company derives the only Collio red wine we decided to dedicate on.

Polje Ribolla Spumante Brut

Well-known for its versatility in vinification, it may be turned into a spumante preserving its peculiar full body unaltered.
