WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes the site management methods concerning the treatment of visitors’ personal data.

This statement was also adopted pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree number 196/2003 concerning personal data protection for those who interact with web services accessible online from the address:

The policy goes back to Recommendation 2/2001 adopted on 17th May 2001 by the European Authorities concerning personal data, collected in the Group set up pursuant to Art. 29 of CE Directive 95/46, to find some minimum requirements for the collection of online personal data and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the holder of the treatment must provide users when they connect to web pages, irrespective of the aim of the connection.

PLACE OF DATA TREATMENT

The treatment connected to the web services of this website take place at “Gruppo Sutto.” and they are only dealt with by the technical staff of the relevant department or by other people in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

No data coming from the web service will be disclosed.

The personal data provided by users sending requests of information material such as bulletins, CD-ROM, newsletter, annual reports, answers to questions, deeds, actions, etc. are used with the unique purpose of carrying out the requested service or performance and are only disclosed to third parties only if strictly necessary to that purpose.

Navigation data

During ordinary operation, the IT systems and the software procedures behind this website acquire some personal data whose disclosure is automatic in the use of internet communication protocols.

These information are not collected to be associated to identified interested parties, but by their own nature they could allow identification of the users by processing and associating data owned by third parties.

Any cookies is used to transfer personal information, nor any kind of so called persistent cookies, namely users tracking systems.

USERS’ RIGHTS

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, to obtain information concerning the content and the origin, to check their correctness or ask for integration, updating or rectification under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree number 196/2003).

Pursuant to this article users have the right to cancel, transform into anonymous form or block data treated in violation of the Law, including data whose conservation is not necessary for the reasons for which the data was collected.
