This page describes the site management methods concerning the treatment of visitors’ personal data.
This statement was also adopted pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree number 196/2003 concerning personal data protection for those who interact with web services accessible online from the address:

The policy goes back to Recommendation 2/2001 adopted on 17th May 2001 by the European Authorities concerning personal data, collected in the Group set up pursuant to Art. 29 of CE Directive 95/46, to find some minimum requirements for the collection of online personal data and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the holder of the treatment must provide users when they connect to web pages, irrespective of the aim of the connection.

The treatment connected to the web services of this website take place at “Gruppo Sutto.” and they are only dealt with by the technical staff of the relevant department or by other people in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data coming from the web service will be disclosed.
The personal data provided by users sending requests of information material such as bulletins, CD-ROM, newsletter, annual reports, answers to questions, deeds, actions, etc. are used with the unique purpose of carrying out the requested service or performance and are only disclosed to third parties only if strictly necessary to that purpose.
Navigation data
During ordinary operation, the IT systems and the software procedures behind this website acquire some personal data whose disclosure is automatic in the use of internet communication protocols.
These information are not collected to be associated to identified interested parties, but by their own nature they could allow identification of the users by processing and associating data owned by third parties.
This data category includes IP addresses or the domains of the PCs used by any user connecting to the website, URI (uniform resource identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the file size sent in reply, the digital code showing the response status given by the server (successfully sent, a mistake occurred, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user’s IT environment.
These data will only be used to collect anonymous statistical information about the website use and to control the correct functioning and will be deleted right after being processed. Data could be used to establish responsibility in the event of possible computer crimes suffered by the website: at present, with the exception of this possibility, data on web contacts will not last for longer than seven days.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site requires the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to the requests, as well as possible personal data inserted in the message.
Relative summary information will be progressively added or viewed in the site’s pages for certain on-demand services.
No users’ personal data is obtained by the website on purpose.
Any cookies is used to transfer personal information, nor any kind of so called persistent cookies, namely users tracking systems.
The use of session cookies (which are not permanently saved on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is limited to the sending of session identifiers (composed of random numbers generated by the server) necessary for safe and efficient browsing on the site.
The session cookies used in this site let us avoid using other computer techniques which are potentially damaging for user browsing and do not allow the acquisition of user identification data.
Except as specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data in the request forms or in contacts to request information materials or other communication.
Requests may not be able to be answered if personal data is not provided.
To be exhaustive, it is important to remember that in some cases (not related to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request information and news as per Article 157 of Legislative Decree number 96/2003, in order to monitor the processing of personal data. In these cases, a response is mandatory or the user may face administrative sanctions.
The personal data i exclusively processed using automated equipment just for the time needed to achieve the objectives they have been collected for.
Specific safety measures are observed in order to prevent data from getting lost, to prevent illegal or incorrect use or unauthorized access.
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, to obtain information concerning the content and the origin, to check their correctness or ask for integration, updating or rectification under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree number 196/2003).
Pursuant to this article users have the right to cancel, transform into anonymous form or block data treated in violation of the Law, including data whose conservation is not necessary for the reasons for which the data was collected.
